Description
When you arrive at this step you are awake and have traveled an arduous path. At this point you spread your wings and show others the way to fly. If only they knew the power and freedom you have tasted? Now you can share with them, serve them, and bless them for you know where they have come.
The red birds are those that have suffered and have been reborn, like our Savior. These are the individuals who have walked through fire. They no longer reside on rooftops waiting for something to rescue them or something good to change their lives. They are now sharing the light of Recovery. On the other side of the street are individuals who are experiencing different stages of darkness. They are flocking together, but they are not helping each other to progress.
Each of us has had our own journey. Whether you are in recovery or darkness it is time to spread your wings and fly.
