At step 6 we are prepared to have God wash away our shortcomings and weaknesses. It is like walking along the beach then looking back knowing where we have been. This time of reflection is vital in order to make clear choices moving forward. Clarity is how we make the kindest choices for our future.
Yes, the past has been so difficult, and so heavy. But as we move forward we can see a bright new future ahead of us.
